
Radha Sundaram
Dr Radha Sundaram MBBS MRCP FRCA DICM FFICM is a Consultant in Anaesthetics at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley . Having qualified in Madras Medical College India, she did her postgraduate medical, anaesthetic and intensive care training in Liverpool, Oxford and Glasgow.
She is the National Medical Advisor for National Specialist Services Scotland and the Clinical Lead for Diversity and Inclusion with NHS Blood and Transplant Scotland. She has a longstanding interest in volunteer engagement and has been a grassroots activist in reducing healthcare inequalities in the sphere of organ donation and transplantation. She has held leadership roles in education and training. She works collaboratively with Kidney Research UK and non-governmental organisations in India including the MOHAN foundation and Pallium India.
